Flexible Completely customizable - it was a dream come true! The builder gave us so much input and allowed us to change some of the original plans. Wouldn't use under any circumstances...ever!! The plywood is coming apart. Roof started and then roofing felt left exposed to rain for days. Architectural drawing flaws resulted in improper footings that had to be repoured and roof trusses improperly installed and had to be redone. Massive number of building department identified flaws. Beautiful website and marketing with nothing behind it.
